Last night I cooked a garlicky chickpea pasta (here’s where I got the recipe) and veggie salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce). Michelle whipped up a quick and easy olive oil, apple cider and Dijon mustard dressing. Our meal was accompanied with a Montecillo Crianza red 2005 (that I had won earlier in the year for my contributions to the Toronto Couch Surfing community). Michelle also brought a yummy choc cake for dessert.
Cooking, chatting, and eating great food with Michelle is one of my favourite things to do. I will miss this as Michelle goes trekking off around the globe real soon.
