Hi there - glad to hear that you enjoyed your tour of the brewery. I just wanted to write and let you know that our all natural beer has a shelf life of 3 months, not three hours. The long cold aging provides a decent amount of product stability as well as the 3 stages of filtration (DE, sterile pad filters and absolute filtration). When we package our beer (bottles or cans) we always test to minimize O2 pickup, as that is what makes beer go prematurely stale. Our fully enclosed packaging provides protection from damaging light. The best way to store beer is in a dark, cool place and that helps to extend the shelf life past 3 months. I hope this helps. :-)
