The Johari Window was invented by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham in the 1950s as a model for mapping personality awareness. By describing yourself from a fixed list of adjectives, then asking your friends and colleagues to describe you from the same list, a grid of overlap and difference can be built up.

Neogenesis: Johari Window theory.

Just watched the pilot of The Singles Table. I thought it was pretty funny and a decent enough pilot. John Cho - most recognisable as one of the "MILF" guys from American Pie (he’s also been in a string of other movies and TV series since then) - was quite entertaining and the primary source of humour.

Latest news is that Alicia Silverstone (of Clueless fame and on the career revival trail after being MIA for a number of years) has joined the cast as Georgia, replacing Pascale Hutton (the cute brunette in the top image), and five more episodes have been recorded. Hopefully this one lasts a full season.

I’m feeling a bit out of sync today.
Slept at 11.30pm last night, had a 3am concall today till 4. slept till 5.55am, had a concall at 7am that nobody attended, then just woke up at 10.30. Crazy!
This is the life of a global project manager working with people in the US, Costa Rica, China, India and Australia.
On the flipside I work very irregular hours (not the usual 9-6), and not always 8 hours a day, which means I can give myself time to focus on my fitness and self development.
Finding that work/life balance… now that’s the tricky part.
