My room is a right mess. After attending the two days of the Property Expo I just brought home more stuff. It’s educational and good stuff, but nonetheless it’s additional stuff.
So some cleaning, or maximising of space, is in order. Less clutter in the room (or on the desk at work) naturally frees up some of the clutter in the mind.
That’s why I started removing people from my myspace profile this morning. I must have deleted more than fifty or sixty contacts. I set my profile to private and I’m only allowing "friends" to view it and add comments. I also came upon The Secret Myspace group which I promptly joined.
This group is for fans of "The Secret" and is in no way affiliated with the official website or Prime Time Productions.
Yesterday, I was trying to find a guide and/or software to create my own subliminal mp3s/CDs. I came across Subliminal Studio, Subliminal Recorder, and Subliminal Secrets Exposed (SSE).
I also discovered some visual subliminal tools, such as Subliminal Power and Subliminal Message.
Then there’s the Sedona Method which argues:
Although it may seem easy just to plop in a subliminal CD and have it reprogram your subconscious, doing this comes with risks. First of all, if you buy pre-made subliminal tapes, you really don’t know what is in the subliminal messages. You are at the mercy of the people who created the tape and their consciousness. Not only that, this process really only layers supposedly "positive" thinking on top of the existing negative thoughts, which only clogs your mind with a lot of unnecessary extra noise. Even if you create your own subliminal messages they are already based on doubt and lack of confidence and are only covering over your true power to win.
Interesting stuff. Now which to choose?! I’ll have to investigate the options further. However I am confident that the power of suggestion works.
Over the past couple of weeks I’ve been listening to Kelly Howell’s The Secret Universal Mind Meditation every night as I fall asleep. It does wonders for putting you in a relaxed state. I’m still interested in creating my own CD/MP3 but I’m happy with the Brain Sync range for now.
Be sure to tune into Theatre of the Mind - a collection of Kelly’s podcasts covering topics such as law of attraction secrets, and the power of napping.
Anyway, the other thing that helps get my focus on track is relaxation and taking care of my health. So now I’m going to go for a quick jog before I head off to work.
