I’ve reviewed and decided upon the following practices. I’ll be using varying combinations of these over the next 99 days.
- Journaling
- Journalography (Video Journal)
- Vision video
- Reading (something that forwards your commitment and/or inspires you)
- Visualization (collages)
- Meditating
- Affirmations, Words of Power, Declarations
- Keep and record all manifestations
- Life Vision and/or Mission Statement
- Wealth Vision and/or Abundance Consciousness, Relationship
Vision, Family, Vocation, Purpose (you pick the topic)
- Creating an Intention for the day
- Exercise, Fitness, Gym
- Mastermind Group, Brainstorming
- Make powerful and unreasonable declarations and requests
- 100% Responsibility for your life
- “Co-Creating Our Reality” Board
- Perseverance
Next up… my goals for the 100 day challenge.

yeah, you seem fine to me… its always like that - other people cannot tell how nervous you are, how your hair is, or your skin - its always like that. like for example, my hair is so bad lately, but the girl in my class love it - thats because they dont know how it used to look like. its all a matter of perepsctive yo!
